Your new Tempur-Pedic® mattress and flat foundation are covered by a 10 Year Full Replacement Limited Warranty. For 10 years after you purchase your new mattress or foundation from Tempur-Pedic or an authorized Tempur-Pedic Retailer, when it has a defect covered under the warranty, we will replace or repair it. This includes all parts of the mattress and foundation, and there’s no deductible. The details of this warranty, and some limitations, are provided in the complete Warranty Description.
We offer a variety of options in getting our products to your place.
Of course, it's always free and easy to pick-up product from our store during our business hours, but delivery is available! We ship Nationwide, however, the prices here are for LOCAL OKC* deliveries. If you need delivery outside of the OKC area, please call us for a quote. 405-900-0405
Our delivery options are
Back of Truck (No Liftgate)
One person delivery - Customer to remove shipment from truck. This is our most affordable delivery option.
Threshold (No Liftgate)
One person delivery - Carrier will drop product to the first dry area (garage or covered porch)
** Not Inside Delivery **
Room of Choice (No Liftgate)
1-2 person delivery (depending on weight) - Carrier will deliver to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases). A clear path to the desired room is required.
White Glove Setup (Added to Room of Choice)
This option is Full Service! We will setup the product in a prepared space. Beyond that we will also test and demonstrate the features of the product. All trash associated with the installation will be removed. This is an add-on to the "Room of Choice" delivery option.
